Ordering & Pickup

Harvest Market Curbside is available Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays 

  • If you place your order on a day curbside is not available it will be processed the next day curbside is open
  • All orders are subject to product availability and quantity limits. Due to staffing limitations, you will NOT be notified if an item you request is not in your order.
  • You will receive a phone call with pick up time slot options. Pick up is available from 1:30pm-7:30pm.
  • Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the next day Curbside is available (Monday, Wednesday and Saturday)
  • The fee for this service is $9.99. This fee is not included in the initial payment.  
  • Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email prompting you to make a payment or notifying you of a refund.  If you owe a balance, it must be paid before you arrive at the store to pick up your order.

How to Pick Up Your Order

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email.

Come to Harvest Market Natural Foods located at 7417 Lancaster Pike, Hockessin, DE 19707. Please arrive at the designated time and park in front of the store on the side of the parking lot facing the store and closer to the bank if possible. 

Please be on time. The order will not be available before the pickup time, and we may not be able to hold the order after the pickup time as we will be serving other pickup customers.


Please call our store phone number 302-234-6779 to let us know that you have arrived. This is a land line and cannot accept text messages.


Payment must be made in full through the online shopping system, otherwise your groceries cannot be picked up.


Remain in your car and a Harvest Market staff member will bring the order directly to the car within moments. We can either place your groceries into your car or the parcels will be placed in a cart next to your car. You can let us know your preference when you call to tell us that you have arrived.


Product Availability

We apologize if there’s anything missing from your order or there is less than the quantity requested. The listing of a product on our online shopping website does not guarantee that we have that product in stock.


We’re doing our best to completely fill your order but we are not receiving everything that we order from our suppliers.

If a product you ordered is unavailable, we can substitute it with a similar item if one is available. If you would like us to substitute products, please select "accept substitutions" for each product you order on that product's page. You will receive an email with the final charges.

Weighted Items

When ordering things that are sold by weight - like fruits, vegetables, meat and bulk products - you are ordering an approximate weight of those items. We will select the product and get as close to the weight as possible.  Please feel free to make any notes in the instructions field. 

Once your order is picked and the item is weighed, your order - and the cost - will be adjusted to reflect the actual weight and cost. You will receive an email with the final charges. There will be a refund or a request for additional payment depending on the net effect of the adjustments.

NOTE: If there are additional charges YOU MUST APPROVE AND PAY FOR THESE CHARGES BEFORE WE CAN RELEASE YOUR ORDER. Please monitor your email and respond promptly. Otherwise, there may be a delay when you come to retrieve your order.

Sushi is no longer listed as an available Harvest Market Kitchen item. You can ask for sushi availability in the notes section of your order.

Product Images

We try to have the most up-to-date packaging images, however, there are times when the packaging may differ from the image shown.

Cancellation/Re-Stocking Fee

We will charge a $10 fee for cancelled orders to partially cover the cost of re-stocking and the original packing of the order.
